PT403
Tunable 1kHz picosecond laser
The PT403 series laser systems combine a picosecond DPSS pump laser (1 kHz) and an optical parametric generator in a compact housing. As a result, the system covers a tuning range from 210 to 2300 nm – from just one device. This reduces the footprint, shortens the installation time and improves stability, which offers the user tangible benefits.

Applications

Pumps. Samples. Understanding
Pump-probe spectroscopy provides a deep insight into ultrafast processes at the atomic and molecular level. With the help of pulsed lasers, dynamic changes can be tracked with extremely high temporal resolution. Typical applications include the investigation of charge carrier dynamics in semiconductors, the analysis of electron transfer in chemical reactions and research into light-induced phase transitions in materials.
